This is a new second floor apartment which was completed in April
2004.
The apartment is on the second floor of a four storey building on the
outskirts of Torrevieja. It is situated in the urbanization Rocio Del Mar,
Flamenca Beach, Orihuela Costa.
The apartment has a spacious balcony overlooking the sea, and a communal
pool area to the rear, (the picture above shows the rear)
The two twin bedrooms, and one single bedroom sleep 5 people, all rooms
contain ceiling fan lights and fitted wardrobes.
For added comfort and convenience Air Conditioning has recently been
fitted and is available via a coin slot meter.
The lounge has a three-seater settee and two chairs. For entertainment there
is a DVD/CD player, and a 28" TV with Satellite and English channels.
The kitchen is fitted with large fridge/freezer, halogen hob, oven, electric
kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, crockery etc. The utility room has a
washing machine.
It is close to a variety of Mediterranean Blue Flag award beaches and 3 golf
courses, including Villamartin.
The town of Torrevieja is a short drive away.
Just a short walk away is the new and expanding Flamenca Beach Commercial
Centre, here you can find a selection of bars and restaurants.
Alicante airport is 50 kilometres, approximately 40 minutes drive.
Murcia airport is approximately 30 minutes drive.
